Important Building Info:
- The DiMenna-Nyselius Library is open 24 hours starting on Tuesday December 9th (building opens at 7:45am that day) through December 17th (closing at 8pm).
- Thurs. Dec. 18th 7:45am-6pm. Fri. Dec. 19th 7:45am-4:30pm. Sat/Sun 12/20-12/21 CLOSED. Mon. Dec. 22 7:45am-4:30pm.
- Then the Library closes for the break, starting Dec. 23rd and reopens on January 5th.

- Extended Peet's Coffee hours
- Extended ITS Help Desk hours, 8am-9pm on reading days and finals. Closing at 4:30pm on 12/22 and 12/23.
- Since the building is very busy at this time, please leave seats free of backpacks and belongings so others have a place to sit.
- We are opening up additional study space in the evenings! Room 114 on the lower level will be available every night 12/9–12/17 from 5pm–8am. In addition the upper level classrooms will be available all day on 12/9, 12/10, 12/13, 12/14, and after 6pm all other days.
- Don't forget to drop by our Wellness Room on the lower level (rm 106 B). This room is a drop-in space and can be used by more than one person at a time.
- Vending machines, microwave, and a toaster available in the Café. There are also desktop computers toward the back of this space and gender-inclusive restrooms.
- Return your Library Books before you leave campus for winter break. Drop them off at the Library Services & Information Desk or use a book drop (in the lobby or on the exterior Bannow side of the building).
- Donate your class textbooks (or any required class texts) to our Student Donated Textbook Collection. Drop them at the Library Services & Information Desk and fill out a quick form so we know which classes they were from.
Free Stuff
- Study supplies (highlighters, pens, index cards, and ear plugs) at the Library Services & Information Desk. While supplies last.
- Free coffee, tea, and snacks available every night at 11:30pm at the Library Services & Information Desk. Please bring your own mug with a lid.
- Borrow useful items from our "Library of Things" with your StagCard: chargers, mini whiteboards, lap desks, board games, etc.
Academic Support
- Drop by on Thursday 12/4 from 1–2pm for Finals Prep: Make a Plan. Use our finals week calendar template to plan or grab one for later. This event will also take place at the Bellarmine campus on Mon. 12/2 from 12-1pm.
- Finals at Fairfield: Surviving & Thriving- Tues. 12/2, 2-3pm, rm 114. Get tips to succeed from VP for Academics, Dr. Mark Ligas, Librarian Lisa Thornell, and Fairfield juniors and seniors who work at the Library and Writing Center. Q&A to follow. FYE Academic credit for first-years.

They will also have drop-in tutoring Tuesday 12/9 from 10am-2pm, Thursday 12/11 from 11am-1:30pm and Monday 12/15 from 10am– 2pm, as well as various one-on-one appointments.
