On March 26th, The Business of Being Born, a documentary released in early 2008, directed by Abby Epstein, will be shown in the DiMenna-Nyselius Multimedia room at 7pm . As one may infer from reading the title, the film explores the concept of childbirth and its ups and downs. Throughout the movie, the film focuses on a midwife named Cara who
Some may argue that March is one of the best months of the year. Spring and Summer are right around the corner, school wraps up in a month, and the weather becomes a lot warmer!
March is also Women's History Month! Why not celebrate such a important holiday by coming down to the DiMenna-Nyselius library to pick up a few books or CDs? We have a wide variety of materials ranging from Hillary Clinton's Hard Choices to Maya Angelou's I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings. Our displays are being showcased at the bottom of the grand staircase. Other notable materials include: The Journals of Sylvia Plath and Ping Fu's Bend, Not Break.
