On this day August 28, 2013, we will mark the occasion when Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his "I have a Dream" speech and lit the hearts on fire of so many during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. At 3 PM, the bells of Egan Chapel will peal, joining a chorus of bells across the country ringing at almost the exact hour when fifty years ago Dr. King spoke to a quarter-million people from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
