- If you are requesting a book, please note: We are not processing any requests for physical items at this time. Instead, if you know the specific chapter(s) that you need, please submit a request(s) by going under "New Request,” and clicking the “Book Chapter" link after logging in. If available, the book chapter will be sent to you as a PDF located under “Electronically Received Articles.” Specific titles for book chapters may be found in the book’s table of contents.
