Provides Company, Sustainability, Industry, Country and Economic analysis. Covers over 50,000 US and foreign public companies, current and historical (past 15 years) firm descriptions, statistics, financial information and ratios, annual reports, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, long-term debt, capital stock, and insider trading. Formerly known as Mergent Online.
Instructions
- Click on the “Govt Filings” tab
- Enter company name, ticker number, or CIK
- In the Filing Date Search box, select date range you wish to cover (i.e 01/01/2016 - 12/31/2020)
- Under Filing Type, select the 10-K checkbox.
- Download the 10-K in your preferred format (HTML, Doc, PDF)

Instructions
- Enter company name, ticker number, or CIK, in the search bar
- Select correct company from the search results
- Click View Filings in the Latest Filings box.
- Enter “10-K” in the Search table box.
- Find the year(s) that you need to analyze.
- Simply click on the Form description title to open.
