Provides financial details of active and inactive public companies plus private and international companies. Includes annual reports, industry reports, executive profiles, Mergent equity research reports, and global equity pricing data. Simultaneous user limit: 35.
Click on the 'Govt Filings' tab.
Enter the company name, ticker number, or CIK.
In the 'Filing Date' search box, select the date range you wish to cover.
Under 'Filing Type', select 10-K in the drop-down menu.
Download the 10-K report in your preferred format.
